Founder & Director
Megan is a registered psychologist and the founder of Crescent People. With over a decade of experience across Australia, the UK, and Europe, she blends psychological expertise with commercial insight. Megan holds a Master of Occupational Psychology and partners with boards, HR leaders, and executive search firms to support strategic people decisions. Accredited in multiple assessment tools, she’s passionate about raising assessment standards and ensuring every process is both rigorous and people-centred. Her approach is tailored, thoughtful, and always focused on what works for people and organisations.
Elayne Verner
Principal Consultant
With over 35 years of global experience in leadership and organisational development, Elayne brings deep insight into the challenges leaders and teams face today. Elayne holds a Master of Management, is an accredited Executive Coach, and is certified in multiple psychometric and development tools. Passionate about creating sustainable behaviour change, she believes in emotionally intelligent, authentic leadership – at an individual, team, and organisational level.
Thomas Higgins
Principal Consultant
Thomas is a highly experienced consultant and former executive with a career spanning Australia and the Asia Pacific. He has held senior leadership roles across finance, energy, education, and professional services – including as Managing Director and Human Resources Director – and brings a unique perspective to complex organisational challenges. As a consultant, he partners with boards and executive teams on strategy, leadership development, culture, and change. Known for his calm, pragmatic style, Thomas helps clients navigate ambiguity and design environments where people and performance thrive.

James brings deep leadership expertise to his role as a consultant, coach, and facilitator, built over a career that spans the military, defence industry, and major organisational transformations. He has held senior leadership roles in high-stakes environments, where he developed a reputation for clarity, resilience, and building trust quickly. Today, James partners with senior leaders and teams to navigate change, grow through complexity, and lead with impact. His approach is grounded in real-world leadership experience and guided by the belief that leaders have a responsibility not only to drive results but also to enable the success of others and create a positive impact on those they lead.

Neha is a registered psychologist with a Master of Organisational Psychology and over 16 years’ experience across consulting and in-house roles. She combines deep analytical thinking with practical, people-focused solutions – supporting leadership, wellbeing, team development, and coaching. Known for her warmth and insight, Neha partners with clients across sectors to design tailored, evidence-based approaches that help people grow and perform at their best.
Georgia Lush
Principal Consultant
Georgia is an expert in brain-based learning, with a proven track record in creating impactful digital and instructional solutions focused on tangible behavioural change. With 25 years in organisational development, she brings a learner-first approach to her work, ensuring her bespoke designs resonate with clients and drive results for them and their organisations. With a background in instructional design and coaching, she has delivered hundreds of programs globally. She works with organisations to improve leadership, learning, and team performance. Georgia holds a Master of Adult Education (Organisational Development) and is a certified coach.

Malvina is a registered psychologist with a wide array of experience in business psychology. She has worked in consulting firms, occupational rehabilitation, and private practice, bringing a diverse and adaptable skillset across multiple settings. She’s passionate about supporting and guiding people in the workplace, recognising the importance of fostering a positive environment where people spend a significant portion of their lives.
