Our People

Megan Bell, Director

Megan is the founder and driving force behind Crescent People. She is a registered psychologist, with a Master of Occupational Psychology and a wealth of experience spanning over a decade in people and organisational development. Originating from regional NSW, Megan’s career has taken her to the UK and Europe where she worked with a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from small businesses to multinational organisations. Upon returning to Australia, Megan worked in-house as a Leadership Advisory Specialist at a prominent global construction and engineering firm.

Megan is passionate about understanding people and has previously worked as Assessment Champion for a leading organisational development consultancy. She is accredited in multiple assessment tools including Saville, Hogan, Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI), Global Leadership Wellbeing Survey (GLWS), StrengthsProfile and others.
